Basic Requirements - Active Cosmetology License by the State Board of Michigan.  Pravana Certification. Ability to work with clients in a professional setting. Ability to problem solve for consultations, haircuts, or haircoloring/correcting. Some experience in administration work for client consultations and scheduling. Flexible Schedule. MAKEUP ARTISTS - In-House & On-Call

NAIL TECHNICIANS - In-House
Basic Requirements - Active Cosmetology or Nail Technician License by the State Board of Michigan. Ability to work with clients in a professional setting. ESTHETICIANS - In-House
Basic Requirements - Active Esthetician License by the State Board of Michigan. Ability to work with clients in a professional setting. MASSAGE THERAPIST - Commission Based or Daily Rent Available for Massage Room
Basic Requirements - Active Massage Therapy License by the State Board of Michigan. Ability to work with clients in a professional setting. PHOTOGRAPHERS - In-House & Preferred Vendors
Basic Requirements - Minimum 1 year of active experience in photography (headshots, commercial, etc.) Ability to learn further and work with others. Flexible schedule for potential In-House Photoshoots and client's scheduled photoshoots. Ability to work with clients in a professional setting. Ability to lead photoshoots, if necessary, for group shoots and modeling portfolio building. Some experience in administration work for client consultations, scheduling, and minimal paperwork. Clean, organized social media portfolios. (Please inquire further in regards to separate photography studios from within the Company.)

VIDEOGRAPHERS - In-House & Preferred Vendors
Basic Requirements - Minimum 1 year of active experience in videography. Ability to learn further and work with others

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Part-Time
Basic Requirements - Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a professional setting with clients, models, photographers, and other staff. Ability to maintain workflow by studying methods and quickly adapting, implementing cost reductions, and assisting in developing reporting procedures. Ability to implement proper procedures by recordkeeping systems, in-house contracts, budgetary/personal requirements. Ability to assert and implement changes, as directed. Works closely with the Board of Directors, and President. Ability to resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Ability to work on deadlines and adapt quickly to sudden change in schedule (due to the nature of the Beauty & Fashion Industries). Flexible schedule, varying hours, some travel. Potential addition of commission for sales.

VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTIONS:

EVENT ASSISTANTS -
Ability to work closely with photographers, models, stylists, etc., for events. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and help where needed. Minimal assistance in helping set-up and pick up before/after events. Experience, networking, mentorship, portfolio content gained with this volunteer position.

FASHION ASSISTANTS -
Free mentorship available. Ability to work closely with fashion designers and fashion stylists on upcoming projects. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and help where needed. Work may vary, depending on project. Experience, networking, mentorship, portfolio content gained with this volunteer position. Flexible, some opportunities to travel for shows/work. (travel, hotel stay taken care of).
